Trusted partners in
empowering sport players

to become stronger, more skilled, and deeply motivated

From the CEO

At Pre Care Sports, we help clubs create healthier, happier, and more motivated young players.

Our program combines evidence-based, data driven, playful trainings with simple coaching tools that make it easier for volunteers to step in and easier for children to enjoy the sport and keep coming back.

Through our AHA Method, we are committed to creating lasting behavioral change through sport.

What we do

We provide a ready-to-use training program built on variety, fun, and measurable progress. It strengthens the development of children, supports coaches, and gives clubs a recognizable way of working.

How we do it

Our method mixes evidence-based movement principles with practical, accessible sessions. Every exercise is designed to boost motivation, build confidence, and keep children moving. Volunteers receive clear guidance, so even parents with little football experience can deliver high-quality training with ease.

Who we impact

Children become more active, confident, and engaged leading to healthier and happier lives. Clubs benefit from higher member retention, a stronger identity, and a more positive experience for families. Volunteers gain structure, simplicity, and support, making it far easier to give fun and effective training.

Pre Care Sports helps clubs grow

not only in numbers and quality, but also in the impact they make on their community. Together, we create a foundation where children thrive, clubs flourish, and sports remains a place where everyone feels welcome.
